Raisin Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Orange juice | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cornstarch | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Rum | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Raisins | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Currant jelly | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dash allspice | ||
Directions
In 1 1/2 quart casserole, stir together orange juice, water and cornstarch until blended.
Stir in rum, raisins, currantjelly and allspice.
Microwave at high (10) 3 to 5 minutes until sauce is thickened, stirring every 2 minutes.
