Raisin Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| All purpose flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 cup beef bouillon | ||
| Dry white wine | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Raisins | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon peel | 1/2 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Whole Cloves | 6 | |
| 4 gingersnaps | ||
| 1/4 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar | ||
Directions
Melt butter and add flour; stir until blended.
Add bouillon and wine; cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and smooth.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cover and simmer until raisins are plumped.
