Rum Raisin Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon rum, optional
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup currant jelly
Dash allspice
Directions
In 1 1/2 quart casserole, stir together orange juice, water and cornstarch until blended.
Stir in rum, raisins, currant jelly and allspice.
Microwave at HIGH (10) 9 to 11 minutes, until sauce is thickened, stirring every 2 minutes.
