Raisin Rice Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 Eggs, Slightly Beaten | ||

| Skim milk | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Raisins | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon Or Nutmeg | ||
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
2. Combine all ingredients.
3. Set a 1 1/2-quart baking dish in shallow pan on oven rack. Pour water to 1-inch depth around dish. Pour pudding in baking dish.
4. Bake for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in pudding comes out clean.
