1 cup Brand Rice
1/2 cup raisins
3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
2-1/2 cups boiling water

Place all ingredients in a 3-quart baking dish.
