Directions

1. Melt butter in a 2-quart glass measuring pitcher in microwave oven (about 30 seconds at High). Blend flour into butter. Add chicken broth gradually, stirring constantly. Cook uncovered 4 to 5 minutes at High; stir vigorously after 2 minutes, then every 30 seconds until sauce comes to boiling and is thickened.
2. Remove from oven. Add raisins, pecans, salt and pepper to sauce; stir.
