Raisin Peanut Clusters Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 cup (6-ounce package) semisweet chocolate pieces | ||
| Sweetened condensed milk | 1 Can (10oz), undiluted | |
| Salt | 1 Dash | |
| Seedless raisins | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 cup shelled roasted peanuts | ||
Directions
Melt chocolate in top part of double boiler over hot water.
Add milk and salt and cook for 10 minutes, or until thickened, stirring constantly.
Add raisins and peanuts.
Drop from tablespoon onto wax paper.
Refrigerate until firm.
Makes about 20 clusters.
