| Pinch nutmeg | ||
Directions
1. In a blender or food processor, combine raisins and water; process 30 seconds, or until pureed.
2. In a bowl, combine raisin puree, butter molasses, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, ginger root, cloves and nutmeg. Mix well.
3. Brush over Canadian Bacon (back bacon) roast, pork loin or ham steaks.
