Raisin Filled Cookies Recipe
Ingredients

| Cream fat, add beaten egg powder | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Baking soda | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1 teaspoon baking powde | ||
| Flour | ||
| Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Filling) | |
| Corn starch | 1 Tablespoon (Filling) | |
| Raisins package | 1 (Filling) | |
| Boiling water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Filling) | |
Directions
Cream fat, add beaten eggs and the remaining ingredients.
Add enough flour to roll.
For the Filling: Cook all the filling ingredients slowly for 10 minutes.
Line a baking pan with a thin piece of dough.
Bake in moderate oven.
Cut in squares.
