Raisin Currant Filling Recipe
Ingredients
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup currants
1/4 cup cold water
1 tsp all-purpose flour
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp grated lemon rind
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
Stir to dissolve flour.
Cook over low heat until thick.
Remove from heat, and allow to cool before using.
