Raisin Cashew Drops Recipe
Ingredients
| Semi-sweet chocolate chocolate chips | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sweetened condensed milk | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Light corn syrup | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Vanilla extract | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cashews | 2 Cup (16 tbs), coarsely chopped | |
| Raisins | 2 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
In a heavy saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate chips with the milk and corn syrup for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from the heat; stir in the vanilla until blended.
Stir in cashews and raisins.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper-lined baking sheets.
Refrigerate for 3 hours or until firm.
Store in the refrigerator.
