Raisin Bread Pudding Recipe

Ingredients
2 cups milk
1/4 cup butter or margarine
5 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup sugar, divided
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 cups cubed raisin bread (about 16 slices)
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
Combine milk and butter in 1-quart glass measure.
Cook at MEDIUM 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 minutes, or until milk is scalded; quickly stir in eggs, sugar and vanilla.
Meanwhile, arrange bread cubes in 2-quart ring mold.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Pour milk-egg mixture over bread.
Cook, covered, with plastic wrap, at MEDIUM 16 to 18 minutes, or until pudding is set.
