Directions
1. In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil.
2. Stir in the wheat berries, reduce the flame to low and simmer for 45 minutes.
3. Stir in raising, cinnamon and honey and continue cooking for 10 minutes more.
SERVE.
4. Ladle the hot cereal into individual bowls and serve for breakfast.
