Ingredients

 Active dry yeast2 Tablespoon
 1 & 1/2 cups lukewarm skim milk
 1 tablespoon blackstrap or unsulphured molasses
 2 eggs, lightly beaten
 Corn oil2 Tablespoon
 Whole wheat flour1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Wheat germ1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/3 cup non-fat dry milk powder
 Salt1 Teaspoon

Directions

1. Dissolve the yeast in the warm skim milk. Add the molasses, eggs, and corn oil.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until blended. Ladle onto a hot, oiled griddle and cook until bubbles form; turn and brown the second side.
