Rainbow Ring-Around Salad Recipe
It's extremely fun to cook this Rainbow Ring-Around Salad. Also, quick and easy to make, it is needless to say that this layered salad tastes awesome to any palate!

Ingredients
1 envelope plain gelatin
2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon grated onion
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sanuce
6 packages (3 ounces) cream cheese
4 ounces Roquefort or Bleu cheese
12 cantaloupe slices
12 pineapple slices
Fresh fruit
Directions
Soak gelatin in 1/2 cup milk and dissolve in remaining milk, which has been heated to the boiling point.
Add salt, grated onion and Worcestershire sauce; chill until slightly thickened.
Blend softened cheeses thoroughly and fold gela- tin mixture into cheeses.
Mix well and pour into oiled 2-3 ounce paper souffle cups.
Chill until firm.
Arrange cantaloupe slices on tray, top each with a pineapple slice; unmold roquefort salad and place in center of fruit slices.
Serve a selection of other fresh fruits with the salad.
