Rainbow Dip Recipe
Ingredients
| Unflavored yogurt 2/3 cup | ||
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Yellow bell pepper | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Red bell pepper | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Minced lemon rind 1/2 teaspoon | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Paprika | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Chili Powder 2-3 grains | ||
Directions
1. Beat together the yogurt and mayonnaise in a bowl.
2. Mix in thoroughly the onion, parsley, yellow and red peppers and the lemon rind.
3. Add the seasonings, adjusting quantities to your taste.
