Ingredients

 Unflavored yogurt 2/3 cup
 Mayonnaise1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Onion2 Tablespoon, minced
 Parsley2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Yellow bell pepper2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Red bell pepper2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Minced lemon rind 1/2 teaspoon
 Salt To Taste
 Paprika1/8 Teaspoon
 Chili Powder 2-3 grains

Directions

1. Beat together the yogurt and mayonnaise in a bowl.
2. Mix in thoroughly the onion, parsley, yellow and red peppers and the lemon rind.
3. Add the seasonings, adjusting quantities to your taste.
