Rainbow Compote Recipe
Ingredients
| Honey | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Orange peel | 1/2 Teaspoon, finely shredded | |
| Ground cinnamon | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 2 oranges, peeled and sliced crosswise | ||
| 3 cups desired fresh fruits | ||
Directions
Combine honey, lemon juice, orange peel, and cinnamon.
Drizzle over orange slices in bowl; cover and chill for several hours or overnight.
Chill remaining fruits.
Drain oranges; reserve liquid.
Arrange oranges in bottom of glass bowl.
Top with three layers of desired fruits (1 cup each).
Pour reserved liquid over fruits.
