Ingredients
4 medium boiled potato (cut small pieces)
1 medium tomato chopped
1 tea sp.chopped garlic
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
4 nos whole Red chili dry
1/2 tsp mustered seeds
2-3 fresh curry patta
2-3 tbsp vegetable oil
1'chopped ginger
1 tea sp turmeric
2tb.sp.fresh grated coconut
salt to taste
Directions
Heat oil and add crushed garlic and ginger fry till brown.
Add mustered seeds and dry red chilies. When mustered seeds are done and chilies turn brown add salt, turmeric,curry leaves and chopped tomato. Saute for a moment.
Now add potatoes and mix well. Cook till potatoes are hot on medium flame.
Serve hot with parathaor roti and chutney.

A lot of dishes can be made with potatoes and this one looks very simple and yummy.
