Ragi Chapati Recipe
Ingredients
| Ragi flour 150 gm. | ||
| Hot water | 60 Milliliter (For 4) | |
| Fat or oil 15 gm. | ||
| Salt a pinch | ||
Directions
1. Mix salt and flour.
2. Add hot water gradually and knead for 5 minutes.
3. Prepare a soft dough and divide into balls.
4. Roll out into thin chapaties and put on a hot griddle.
5. Smear with a little fat or oil and spread it evenly.
6. Cook on both sides.
