Ingredients

 Orange juice1 Tablespoon
 Lemon juice2 Teaspoon
 Olive oil1 Teaspoon
 Orange flower water1 Teaspoon
 Salt - a pinch
 Cayenne pepper - a Pinch
 Radishes - 1-1/2 cups, thinly sliced
 Cucumber1/2 Cup (16 tbs), peeled

Directions

MAKING
1) In a medium bowl,mix together orange juice, lemon juice, oil, orange flower water, salt and cayenne.
2) Now add radishes and cucumber and give a good stir.
3) Toss gently to coat vegetables with the other ingredients.

SERVING
4) Serve garnished with mint sprigs,if you wish.
