 Radishes1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Mung bean sprouts1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Green bell pepper1 Tablespoon, minced
 1 Tbsp cilantro or parsley, minced
 Chives1 Teaspoon, chopped
 Salad oil1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 Soy sauce1 Teaspoon

Directions

Whisk together oil, lemon juice and soy sauce.
Add all other ingredients.
Toss and serve.
