Radish Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Radishes | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Mung bean sprouts | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Green bell pepper | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| 1 Tbsp cilantro or parsley, minced | ||
| Chives | 1 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Salad oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Soy sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Whisk together oil, lemon juice and soy sauce.
Add all other ingredients.
