Ingredients

 Salt1 Teaspoon
 I tsp garlic powder
 Dijon Mustard1 Teaspoon
 Wine vinegar1 Teaspoon
 2 tsp liquid shortening
 Lemon juice2 Teaspoon
 1 watercress (small bunch)
 Iceberg lettuce head1/2
 1 bunch red radishes

Directions

Combine salt, garlic powder, Dijon mustard, vinegar, liquid shortening, and lemon juice in screwtop jar.
Shake to blend.
Coarsely chop watercress, lettuce and radishes; place in salad bowl.
Add dressing; toss to blend.
