Radishes - 1 small bunch
Young watercress or bittercress - 1 bunch or
Mustard and cress - 3 boxes
Small, tight Boston lettuce hearts - 2

White wine vinegar - 3 tbsp
English dried mustard - pinch
Heavy cream - 1/4 cup
Olive or sunflower oil - 6 tbsp
Cayenne pepper - pinch
