Ingredients

 Radicchio lettuce1 , washed and leaves separated
 Curly endive2 Ounce, washed and leaves separated (1/2 bunch)
 Witloof1 , washed and leaves separated (chicory)
 Radishes8 , washed and sliced
 Chopped italian flat leaf parsley3 Tablespoon
 Olive oil2 Fluid Ounce (60 ml)
 Lemon juice2 Fluid Ounce (60 ml)
 Dry white wine2 Fluid Ounce (60 ml)
 Garlic2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
 Anchovy fillets3 , drained and chopped
 Sugar1⁄2 Teaspoon

Directions

1. Arrange radicchio, endive and witloof (chicory) attractively on a large platter. Top with radishes and parsley.
2. To make dressing, place oil, lemon juice, wine, anchovies, garlic and sugar in a food processor or blender and process until smooth. Drizzle dressing over salad just before serving.
