Ingredients

 1 radicchio lettuce, washed and leaves separated
 1/2 bunch curly endive, washed and leaves separated
 1 witloof (chicory), washed and leaves separated
 8 radishes, washed and sliced
 Chopped3 Tablespoon
 Italian flat-leaf parsley
 60 ml/2 fl oz olive oil
 60 ml/2 fl oz lemon juice
 60 ml/2 fl oz dry white wine
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), crushed (Dressing)
 3 anchovy fillets, drained and chopped
 Sugar1/2 Teaspoon (Dressing)

Directions

1. Arrange radicchio, endive and witloof (chicory) attractively on a large platter. Top with radishes and parsley.
2. To make dressing, place oil, lemon juice, wine, anchovies, garlic and sugar in a food processor or blender and process until smooth. Drizzle dressing over salad just before serving.
