Ingredients

 
1 pound raclette cheese
 
Freshly ground pepper or paprika
 
4 hot cooked potatoes
 
Sweet gherkin pickles or cornichons
 
Cocktail onions

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut rind from raclette; cut cheese into thin slices. Place half of slices, overlapping slightly, in shallow baking dish.* Bakejust until cheese melts and is smooth, about 4 to 6 minutes; remove from oven.
2. Sprinkle cheese with pepper. Let each person help himself to a serving of cheese and eat with potatoes, pickles, and cocktail onions. Repeat with rest of cheese.
