Raclette Recipe

4 small baked potatoes
20 marinated pearl onions
20 small marinated sour pickles
20 stuffed olives
Salt and pepper
Pinch of nutmeg
Butter
4 slices of Raclette or Emmenthal cheese
Directions
– Preheat oven to 400 °F (205 °C).
– Lightly butter 4 individual baking dishes.
– Divide potatoes, onions, pickles, and olives equally into each serving dish. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Top each portion with a slice of cheese. Heat in oven for about 8 minutes or until cheese has melted.
