Rack Of Lamb Recipe Video

This dish is so much easier than you can imagine and quite impressive as well. You can serve lamb chops as a main course or serve one as an appetizer. It's best if you can make your own herbed bread crumbs (there's a video for that) or you can use flavored bread crumbs. The secret is to sear the rack in olive oil to render off some of the fat. Then just coat with dijon mustard and bread crumbs. When you cook for yourself you can Save Money, Eat Healthier, Live Greener and Have Fun!
