Everyone who has had my yummy Rabri has fallen in love with it! Who wouldn't? It is just too tasty to resist! I love gorging on to this Rabri so much that I make it a point to make it during all the holidays!

Ingredients
Condensed Milk - 1 tin
Milk - 4 cups
Paneer - 200 gms
Maida - 1 tbsp
Elaichi - 3, powdered
Chopped nuts - 2 tbsp
Directions
GETTING READY
1 In a bowl, crumble paneer coarsely and set aside.
2 In another bowl, mix maida with 3 to 4 tbsp milk and make a paste.
MAKING
3 In a pan, heat the remaining milk.
4 Add in the condensed milk and bring to a boil.
5 Gradually, blend in the maida paste, stirring constantly.
6 Lower the flame and cook for about 5 minutes.
7 Add in chopped nuts, paneer and elaichi powder.
8 Remove from the heat.
9 Place in the refrigerator and chill.
SERVING
10 Serve chilled.
