RAAB Recipe
The popular Raab recipe for a refreshing appetizer. Cooked buttermilk with spices is a quick and easy formula that adds that little extra to your main meal.
Ingredients
01 TABLE SPOON OIL
½ TEA SPOON OF BLACK MUSTARD SEEDS
2 NOS GREEN CHILLIES CHOPPED
½ T.SP CHRUSHED GARLIC
¼ TSP CRUSHED GINGER
¾ CUP YOGHURT
3 CUPS CHIKEN STOCK/VEG STOCK
SALT
A PINCH OF TURMERIC
A PINCH OF RED CHIILI POWD
1 T SP CHOPPED CORIANDER
½ T SP CHOPPED MINT
1 TSP OF FRAGANT OIL FOR GARNISH

HEAT OIL ADD MUSTARD SEEDS,AS THEY CRACKLE ADD GR. CHILLIES GARLIC&GINGER
.SAUTE FOR 5 MINS , THEN ADDYOGHURT ,STOCK AND SALT TO TASTE.SIMMER OVER SLOW HEAT,STIRRING CONSTANTLY TO PREVENT YOGHURT FROM CURDLING,ADD TURMERIC AND RED CHILLI PWD,CORIANDER AND MINT ,SERVE HOT
