"Rich Boy" Sandwiches Recipe
Rich boy sandwiches are my answer to poorboy sandwiches! Made with slices of bologna, salami and chopped ham the rich boy sandwiches are also given a generous helping of cheese and heated. Served hot with ketchup or just by itself, rich boy sandwiches are filling and heavy and can serve as a full meal.

Ingredients
| French rolls | 2 Large | |
| Butter/Margarine | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Prepared mustard | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Bologna slice | 2 | |
| Chopped ham slices | 2 | |
| Salami slices | 4 Small | |
| Sharp process american cheese slices | 2 , halved diagonally |
Directions
Split rolls.
Blend butter and mustard; spread inside rolls.
Arrange 1 slice Bologna, 1 slice chopped ham, 2 slices salami, and 2 cheese triangles on bottom half of each roll.
Replace roll tops.
Wrap tightly in foil.
Heat at 450° for 20 minutes or till hot.
