"Porcupine" Meatballs Recipe
"Porcupine" Meatballs is a yummmy meat preparation that will definitely be a winner at the next party you host. I served the "Porcupine" Meatballs last week for my husband and his colleagues and they loved it. Don’t miss this one out.
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 1 pound | |
| Rice | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked | |
| 1 medium onion, chopped fine | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Water | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tomato soup | 1 10 1/2 Ounce | |
Directions
Mix together ground beef, rice, onion, salt, and pepper.
Form into 8 meatballs.
In the cooker, mix water and tomato soup.
Drop meatballs into the liquid mixture.
Close the cooker and set pressure control in place.
When pressure is reached cook for 8 minutes.
Cool cooker naturally for 5 minutes, then place under cold water.
Serve.
