Simple Quinoa Salad Recipe Video
Ingredients
1 carrot, peeled
2 cups vegetable broth
1 cup quinoa
1 oz. red cabbage, chopped
0.7 oz. red pepper, chopped
garlic sprouts
olive oil
3 lettuce leaves, chopped
Directions
Boil the broth.
Add quinoa.
Mix them well.
Lower the heat, cook for 20 minutes.
Reserve the mixture.
Make stripes of the carrot.
Add carrot stripes, cabbage, lettuce, and pepper in a bowl.
Add quinoa mixture to the bowl.
Add garlic sprouts and olive oil.
Toss them well.
Enjoy!
