Quince Puree Recipe
Ingredients
| Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 lemon, juice of | ||
| 2 cups quince stock | ||
Directions
Blend sugar and quince stock and bring to a boil.
Cook, stirring constantly, to the jellying point.
Add lemon juice.
Cool.
