Quickie Peanut Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
1 (14.5 oz)pkg. chocolate chip
Snackin' Cake
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
2 Tbsp. water
1 egg
Directions
In medium bowl combine Snackin' Cake, peanut butter, water and egg.
Drop by teaspoons (1-inch) in ring on wax paper (12 cookies at once).
Flatten.
Microwave medium (50%) 3 1/2-4 1/2 minutes, rotating 1/4 turn halfway through cooking.
Cool.
Repeat with remaining mixture reducing time 1 minute.
