Quick Vichyssoise Recipe

Ingredients
Condensed cream-of-potato soup - 2 cans (10 1/4 oz)
Milk - 2 soup cans (10 /4 oz)
Chives - 1/4 cup, snipped
Dairy sour cream - 1 cup
Directions
MAKING
1) In a medium saucepan, combine soup, milk, and chives.
2) Heat slowly while stirring, until soup boils.
3) Using rotary beater or electric blender, beat until smooth at high speed, until smooth, about 1 minute.
4) Then beat or blend in sour cream.
5) Refrigerate until very well chilled, about 4 hours.
