Quick Vermicelli Soup Recipe

Ingredients

 
4 cups chicken broth
 
1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
 
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
 
Black pepper to taste
 
1/4 cup broken vermicelli cluster, uncooked

Directions

In a 2 quart saucepan, bring broth, dill weed, parsley flakes and pepper to a boil.
Stir in broken vermicelli.
Bring to a boil again.
Reduce heat and simmer 4 minutes longer.
Serve immediately.
Makes 4 servings.
