Ingredients
3 eggs
1 can mushroom soup
1 can tuna
1/2 cup of whole kernel corn
1 tablespoon cheese, grated
Basil
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons dry sherry
Directions
Separate the yolks and whites of eggs.
Beat the whites until they are stiff.
Put the yolks of the eggs, which have been beaten, into a bowl with the soup, tuna, corn, cheese, basil, salt, pepper and sherry.
Mix well.
Fold in the egg whites.
Pour into a greased( souffle dish and cook in preheated oven of 400°F (205°C) and reduce the heat to 350°F (180°C) and bake for 1 hour.
Serve immediately.
