Quick Tuna Skillet Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 cup frozen peas | 1/2 10 Ounce | |
| 1/3 cup biascut celery slices | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Cornstarch | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cooked rice | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tuna | 1 6 1/2 Ounce, drained | |
| Water chestnuts | 1/2 5 Ounce, thinly sliced | |
Directions
Combine peas and onions, celery, butter, and 1/2 cup water; heat to boiling.
Cover and simmer 8 to 10 minutes or till vegetables are just tender.
Combine soy sauce and cornstarch; add to vegetables; cook and stir till thick and bubbly.
Gently stir in remaining ingredients; heat through.
Pass extra soy sauce.
