Ingredients

 1 cup frozen peas1/2 10 Ounce
 1/3 cup biascut celery slices
 Butter/Margarine1 Tablespoon
 Soy sauce1 Tablespoon
 Cornstarch1 Teaspoon
 Cooked rice1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Tuna1 6 1/2 Ounce, drained
 Water chestnuts1/2 5 Ounce, thinly sliced

Directions

Combine peas and onions, celery, butter, and 1/2 cup water; heat to boiling.
Cover and simmer 8 to 10 minutes or till vegetables are just tender.
Combine soy sauce and cornstarch; add to vegetables; cook and stir till thick and bubbly.
Gently stir in remaining ingredients; heat through.
Pass extra soy sauce.
