Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

MAKING
2. Line a lasagna pan with onions. Place the racks of pork ribs on the onions. Pour water over the ribs and add the apple cider vinegar. Cover this pan with foil and bake it in the oven for 2 - 2 1/2 hours.
3. For the barbecue sauce: In a saucepan add and combine the ketchup with prepared barbecue sauce, gourmet smoke barbecue sauce, brown sugar, maple syrup, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, apple cider vinegar and apple sauce. Mix well and bring it to a boil on medium heat for 2 minutes.
4. Once it starts boiling, simmer it for 5 minutes or until the brown sugar dissolves.
5. Get the barbecue ready for the pork ribs. Once the ribs are done baking, transfer them onto the grill grates and barbecue them for 10 - 15 minutes, basting it with the barbecue in between.

SERVING
6. Serve the barbecue ribs hot.
