Ingredients

 
3 tablespoons chopped nuts
 
3 tablespoons chopped raisins
 
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
 
2 tablespoons brown sugar
 
2 crushed graham wafers
 
2 tablespoons melted butter, Honey or corn syrup
 
1 package refrigerator croissant dough

Directions

Mix the first 6 ingredients together, and add a very little honey, just to form a thick drop mixture.
Open the croissant dough, and separate into triangles.
Dab a generous spoonful of the filling in the center of the wide end of each triangle.
Roll up, and place on a well-greased cookie sheet.
Turn ends slightly to form crescents.
Brush tops with warm honey, and sprinkle with a few additional chopped nuts.
Bake according to directions, about 14 minutes.
Note: In place of honey for the topping, you may prefer to glaze with confectioners' icing after baking.
