Quick Stir Fried Cabbage Recipe

Ingredients
| Cabbage | 1 Large, thinly sliced | |
| Cooking oil | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Coconut | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |

| 5-6 curry leaves, torn up | ||
| 2 green chillies, cut in thin slices | ||
| Juice of 1 lime | ||

Directions
Heat the oil.
Fry the coconut to a light brown and remove.
In the same oil, add the mustard seeds.
As soon as they stop spluttering, add the curry leaves and chillies, then in a few seconds, the salt: After another two seconds, add the cabbage.
Raise the heat and tossing continuously, cook the cabbage for 5-7 minutes.
It should be cooked, yet still retain its crunch.
Add the coconut, stir well and keep on the fire for another minute.
Just before serving, stir in the lime juice.
