Quick Shrimp in Red Sauce Recipe
Quick Shrimp in Red Sauce is a juicy-n-saucy dish and can be prepared within a few seconds. You can use either fresh or frozen shrimp, however I prefer the fresh ones. Try this quick shrimp in red sauce as an appetizer.
Ingredients
| Peanut oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Grated ginger | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Raw deveined shrimp | 1 pound, frozen | |
| Ketchup | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon, frozen | |
| Granulated Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Hot pepper sauce | 1 To taste |
Directions
Heat oil in a wok or skillet over high heat.
Add shrimp, stir-fry 2 minutes, or until shrimp are pink.
Add garlic, ginger, ketchup, soy sauce, sugar and hot pepper sauce, mix well.
Heat to boiling.
Serve immediately.
