Directions
Add water to the skillet.
Add italian sausages.
Cover the skillet, simmer for 15 minutes.
Uncover, drain water.
Add olive oil to the skillet.
Fry sausages for 10 minutes.
Cut 1 sausage a bit.
Cut the other 2 in quarters.
Set aside the skillet.
Pour canadian maple syrup on sausage quarters.
Put intact sausage on bun slice.
Add onion to the sausage.
Put the other bun slice on top.
Serve the quarter sausages as appetizers with cucumber, tomato and lettuce.
