Directions

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (232 degrees C).
2. Place tortilla on a oven safe pan.
3. Spread salsa over half of tortilla.
4. Add spanish onion, green peppers, and tomatoes.
5. Add hot sauce, cumin, and cheddar cheese.
6. Fold tortilla.
7. Sprinkle with some more cheese and oregano.
8. Place the pan in the oven and bake for 4 minutes.
9. Slice in half.
10. Serve with sour cream.
