Directions

Cut pork rib. Heat a large pot on medium add olive oil. Brown the ribs while stiring. Cover it for 10 minutes. Add onion, garlic and ginger, brown sugar, pineapple, dijon mustard, soy sauce. Then add clove, anise and allspice. Add chili peppers, pineapple juice, hot water and salt. Stir and soft boil for 30 minutes. As the liquid evaporates, increase the heat. Remove from heat and serve.
