Quick Pear Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| Pears | 2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped | |
| Sugar | (as required) | |
| Egg | 1 , beaten | |
| Cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Flour | (as required) | |
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1⁄8 Teaspoon | |
| Unbaked pastry shell | 1 | |
| Butter | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) |
Directions
Combine pears, 1/2 cup sugar, egg, cream, 1 table- spoon flour, vanilla and salt; pour into pastry shell.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Combine 2/3 cup flour, 1/3 cup sugar and butter; sprinkle over top of pie.
Return to oven; bake for 30 minutes longer or until browned on top.
