Quick Pan Pizza Recipe

Ingredients
1 (10-ounce) can refrigerated flaky biscuits
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (2 1/2-ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons Italian-style spaghetti sauce mix
1 (3 1/2-ounce) package sliced pepperoni
1 1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
Separate biscuit dough into 10 biscuits.
Arrange in a lightly greased 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking pan, press biscuits to form crust.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over biscuits.
Combine ground beef, green pepper, and onion in a skillet, cook over medium heat until meat is browned, stirring to crumble.
Drain well.
Add tomato sauce, mushrooms, water, and spaghetti sauce mix, simmer 5 minutes.
Spoon mixture over crust, top with pepperoni.
Bake at 400° for 20 minutes, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
