Quick Nantua Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 cup canned lobster soup | ||
| White sauce | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tomato Paste | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Shrimp | 1 Cup (16 tbs), peeled | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
1 Mix the lobster soup with the white sauce and add the tomato paste.
2 Bring the sauce to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Season to taste and add the shrimp.
