Directions

Heat oven to 350° F.
Melt butter in large skillet.
Add celery, onion and green pepper; cook and stir until onion is tender.
Reserving 1/4 cup chow mein noodles, stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour mixture into ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole; sprinkle reserved chow mein noodles over top.
Bake uncovered 30 minutes.
