Quick Meatball Minestrone Recipe

| Bay leaf | 1 Large (24 freeze-ahead meatballs or basic oven meatballs:) | |
| Spaghetti | 1/2 Ounce, broken (24 freeze-ahead meatballs or basic oven meatballs:) | |
| 1 16-ounce can tomatoes, cut up | ||
| Mixed vegetables | 1 16 Ounce, drained (24 freeze-ahead meatballs or basic oven meatballs:) | |
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon (24 freeze-ahead meatballs or basic oven meatballs:) | |
| Grated parmesan cheese | ||
Directions
In a 4-quart dutch oven combine frozen meatballs or basic oven meatballs, undralned beans, bouillon granules, onion, basil, bay leaf, and 4 cups water.
Bring to boiling.
Add spaghetti.
Cover; simmer about 20 minutes or till meatballs are heated through.
Stir in undrained tomatoes, mixed vegetables, and sugar.
Heat through.
Remove bay leaf.
Sprinkle individual servings with parmesan cheese.
